Space Rentals Available

 

If you are in need of a space to hold a meeting, host a party or run an event, call The Mezzanine.  The Mezzanine has several options depending upon your needs.

 

While our finishes are in progress, the rooms are ready for action.

 

The Main Room – is a great for fundraisers, dance parties, birthday parties, intimate musical productions and meetings, offers flexibility for all. Additional spaces available for overflow.  Person limit (68 – 118 depending on set up)

 

The Art Room – is set up for arts and crafts and small meetings.  This is a perfect space for small groups and special projects.  Art supplies are available for an additional fee per person.  Let us plan your art or craft project – see “what we offer”.

 

Kids Room – a comfy room for overflow and children who aren’t involved in the action of the other rooms.  This room is equipped with art supplies, games, videos, video games, TV and projection DVD player.

 

Rates:             Mon – Thurs. & Sunday Includes 1 ½ hour usage        

  Fri & Sat. Day Includes 1 ½ hour usage                       

  Fri. & Sat. Night includes 2 hour usage

 

Room Deposit: There is a $75 refundable deposit required for the renting of all rooms.  If renting multiple rooms the deposit is $125.            A pre-event and post – event walk-through will be required.  Any damage or theft above said fee will be billed to the organization or individual renting the space.

The sound and lighting equipment we offer is expensive and there if you require the larger system and/or lighting, we require that you have one of our certified operators run the equipment for an additional fee.  No sound or lighting equipment may be used in the rain.  Any damage to equipment will be billed to renter and if the item cannot be repaired, the replacement cost will be billed to the renter.  In case of theft of items, the total replacement cost will be billed to renter.
